Tumi is a South African rapper, poet and songwriter. He was the lead vocalist of Tumi and the Volume, that was officially disbanded in 2012. He wins the #10 slot for the best 10 rappers in Africa.

  1. Nice but where the top 3 KORA award nominees who are the top 3 best rapper in Africa. Wakazi (bi-lingual beast) from Tanzania who will murder everyone on your list. Where is Mode9 (Nigeria) known for his sick lyrics and wordplay. And still repping the game. Where is casper nyovest (south africa). This list is ain’t complete but base on ur perspective. I feel that guy from Kenya (kali) but he ain’t the best in the game in Africa after I listened to his joint attack on another rapper but weak. Young dude from 9ja like phenom go murder him.
